The book Ghosts is about the Day of the Dead. The main character, Cat, moves somewhere else and their neighbor is Hispanic. Cats mom is Hispanic so they were going to celebrate the Day of the Dead for the first me.

"Looking For Alaska" is an incredibly written mystery/romance book by an amazing author, John Green. Miles "Pudge" Halter enrolls in a new boarding school, and meets many very interesting and unique people. However, there is one person that catches his eye, Alaska, a mysterious and unpredictable girl. He finds himself slowly falling in love with her. Miles has started to adjust to the strange things that happen at school every day, but he never thought that a tragedy so upsetting would come. Suddenly, Miles' life has changed forever. I could think of a million reasons to persuade anyone to read this book. It kept me thinking and thinking. I definitely recommend this book.

I read a book called Ellie's Story by W.Bruce Cameron. I thought the book was amazing because it was filled with all different emotions. I recommend this book to kids that love dogs and love rescue/adventure. It was about a search and rescue dog named Ellie and she went to saving people that need a little help to people that need a lot of help. For example a person under a fallen building. I hope that this review will make you want to read the book.

The book A Dogs Purpose by Cameron W. Bruce is told by a canine narrator, Bailey. Every life he lives, he finds a purpose. When he is reborn, he remembers every detail of his previous lives. He keeps getting reborn after each life. He was a police dog, a family pet and a friend. His most memorable life was with a boy. After that life, he is reborn and is on a journey to find his previous owner. I give this book a 5 out of 5. I recommend this to dog lovers. It is heart warming and full of adventures.

Raina Telgemeier wrote an amazing new graphic novel called Ghosts. This interesting and exciting novel was fun to read. It was about how Catrina and her family moved to a new neighborhood called Bahía de la Luna in California and their different life style. Because this was a Hispanic community, they celebrated a holiday called Day of The Dead. Catrina and her sister go out to explore and they bump into something that was unexpected.

This book is for you if you like reading about the holocaust, and all-women agencies. The author is a self-proclaimed history geek. Not only is the story good because it is part true, the fantasy part is really good too. A women named Blaise's dreams are crushed when her brother was killed in the war and a lot of drama between the top agent in the covert ops on failed missions. The book is very suspenseful. I advise you to read it if you never read historic fiction, or if you like it.

"The Fault in Our Stars" by John Green is an amazing book! It is about Hazel, a girl who has cancer, and Augustus Waters, her friend that also has a disease. They develop a friendship throughout the book and help each other in different ways. This book made me realize that there's not always good things in life.
